Digital Marketing for Santika Land

Maximizing the power of digital marketing, Santika Land Solo Baru reached out their goals in less than a year. As a new real estate property at one of the most strategic location in Solo Baru, it was a challenge for them to get people to notice them. Not only telling people that they are there, but also to educate them that Santika Land, in fact, is the perfect choice for those who seek for a place to stay within the budget.

At first, we created a landing page for Santika Land. A simple, fast-loading landing page using the right keywords (such as : perumahan Solo Baru, perumahan eksklusif, pengembang perumahan). Then we run Google Ads for that Landing Page and at the same time we also create an Instagram Account and run Instagram Ads on it.

Landing Page & Google Ads are targeting people who actually search for a property in Solo Baru to buy. Meanwhile, Instagram and Instagram Ads are there to ensure these people, that this property they found on Google Search is the right one for them (we do this through engaging reels showing how pretty the surrounding area, how nice the layout, how comfortable and convenient staying in Santika, and so on)

And in less than 2 months running this, we got our first transaction, followed by the next one, and the next one.. and up until now all the units are almost sold out, thanks to the digital marketing!
