Digital Marketing for Santika Land

Maximizing the power of digital marketing, Santika Land Solo Baru reached out their goals in less than a year. As a new real estate property at one of the most strategic location in Solo Baru, it was a challenge for them to get people to notice them. Not only telling people that they are there, but also to educate them that Santika Land, in fact, is the perfect choice for those who seek for a place to stay within the budget.

At first, we created a landing page for Santika Land. A simple, fast-loading landing page using the right keywords (such as : perumahan Solo Baru, perumahan eksklusif, pengembang perumahan). Then we run Google Ads for that Landing Page and at the same time we also create an Instagram Account and run Instagram Ads on it.

Landing Page & Google Ads are targeting people who actually search for a property in Solo Baru to buy. Meanwhile, Instagram and Instagram Ads are there to ensure these people, that this property they found on Google Search is the right one for them (we do this through engaging reels showing how pretty the surrounding area, how nice the layout, how comfortable and convenient staying in Santika, and so on)

And in less than 2 months running this, we got our first transaction, followed by the next one, and the next one.. and up until now all the units are almost sold out, thanks to the digital marketing!

Ever heard of Colours, Curly and DYL? Or Disney Baby, Marvel, DC Superman and My Little Pony? Or maybe they were your favorite clothing brand you bought for your children. PT Erandra Surya Manunggal is the successful brain behind all those well-known brands here in Indonesia.

Creating a website for them is a bit tricky, since the work started right before the pandemic. The progress was then postponed for more than 2 years until everything started to become normal and their operational goes back to life.

Du Anyam, Social Enterprise Excelled Through Digital Marketing

One of the most unique client of mine during 2021, is Du Anyam. A social enterprise empowering women in the rural, East part of Flores, NTT by teaching them how to make weaving products such as bags, home decorations, corporate souvenirs etc and then help marketing it to big companies in Indonesia and worldwide.

Their biggest problem is on how to reach the right people and let them know about their work so they can participate by buying their handicraft to support those women from East Flores. Not just telling people that they are exist, but also let them know about their daily activities, how they encourage those ladies to gain their self confidents, introduce them to the latest technology such as Google Form, Zoom meeting and other stuff.

So how to achieve those goals? Social media is the right answer!

By maximize the power of social media, we can reach out to the right people and showing them everything we’d like to show them. The tricky part is on how to present everything to interest people and give the right images to them.

This is what I do:

Create Feed Instagram Posts with visually engaging stories about daily activities, products, achievements and also cultural/women empowerment education contents, consistently 3 times a week
Create Instagram Story, with Swipe Up to the marketplace for their retail sale purposes
Reply to all comments and DMs in timely manner to encourage more engagements from our follower
Create Instagram Ads with fast-loading landing page, targeting the right segment.

Cibes Lift, Full Package of Digital Marketing

One of the most effective way to boost your Google Ads performance and also helps with the SEO is by creating a landing page, one landing page for each keyword. Cibes Lift was one of my first client. It’s a elevator business from Sweden, with a wide range of home elevator to offer.

They use full digital marketing scheme as their marketing strategy and has managed to grow their business from zero to one of the biggest elevator company here in Indonesia, in only less than 3 years. Full digital marketing means they use the full power of website, Google Business Page and Google Map, Google Ads, social media and also social media ads to get the right branding and collect prospective leads.

Istana Dekorasi

Being successful with their first project, website and digital marketing for Pusat Wallpaper Dinding, they decided to reaching out some more clients and customers for their branch in Jakarta and Bogor. So here comes Istana Dekorasi, extended landing page targeting people in Jakarta who are looking for wallpaper, parquet, curtain and all decoration stuff.. along with Istana Dekorasi Bogor, targeting people with the same interests in Bogor, Sentul and its surrounding area!

What’s the difference between this new Landing Pages and the previous website? Landing Pages are one page mini website, focused only on one topic, in this case the topic would be “Any decorations needed for Jakarta” and “Any decorations needed for Bogor”. Since they only focused on one topic, it will help a lot with your Google Ads (decrease the price per click for ads, help gain more leads and conversions) and also help encouraging people to take action once they visited these landing pages. As one of the well-known wallpaper distributor that has been in the business for years using the name Suprereme Wallpaper in Lazada, Tokopedia and Shopee, my new client decided to remake their website into a full online catalog showing their collection of wallpapers, flooring and other interiors stuff.

Not only that, they also decided to jump into digital marketing world by using Google Ads to help them find the right customers.
